Yes! All Watchdog plans include the ability to add as many people as you would like to get notified with you.
Watchdog monitors the following alerts: drips, water detected, shut-off (Flo), high flow rate (Phyn), high and low humidity, high and low temperature, high and low pressure, offline and low battery.
We currently work with Flo By Moen, Phyn, and Leak Defense System (both automatic shutoff valves and water sensors). More devices are coming soon.
Yes, you can cancel any time. However, we do not offer any refunds.
Multiple properties can be linked to Watchdog; each property comes with its own annual plan. Per property, you can alert additional contacts and centralize your device(s) under Beagle's centrally monitored alarm system.
Watchdog can connect to an unlimited number of devices, from automatic shutoff valves to water sensors, if compatible with Watchdog.
No. Watchdog alerts work alongside your devices notification. We will alert you about important notifications coming from your device to help. You can contact Beale for assistance with your alerts to receive expert help or schedule service if a Beagle Employee is in your area.
Watchdog monitoring is available nationwide, with enhanced alert support from our Beagle Services Team of water security experts and help connecting to a local plumber. When a Beagle Employee is in your area, Watchdog unleashes additional service benefits (10% off, no trip-charge fees, and the Watchdog Annual Property Check-up Service).
